suttoko@chime.ocn.nePale pink in colour, it is like a rosé wine. Aroma like fresh cypress. It is a little dry with a firm acidity. The sourness lasts until the aftertaste, but it disappears quickly. I think it is very good as one of the new challenges of sake. It is delicious.
