Bonjour_kohei
Ordered from Kigawaya in Sakata. It is inexpensive at 2,090 yen per bottle.
The aroma has a melon-like aroma that spreads widely. When you put it in your mouth, it has a sharpness, but the taste is more like a honeydew melon with a cucumber-like blue sweetness that spreads at once.
It makes me want to try some spicy pickled melon roe from Shonai.
It is a great beer for the price, but the spread of the sweetness is a bit strong. The Bakuren is the type of sake that would keep me drinking more, but it's a nice sake that provides some fan service.
