This is a classic local sake that I bought on a business trip.
It is the brand of Bandai Brewery, the only sake brewery in Izu, and is made with local water and rice, and is positioned as an "everyday sake" or "souvenir sake.
It is light and refreshing. Junmai has a slightly lactic aroma and is dry with a nice sharpness, but not too sweet.
