National Sake Fair 2025⑦
I've bought Yachiyo Sake before at the limited-time Yamaguchi Prefecture Antenna Shop, but this is my first time at ROOM!
I've seen sakewa and other sake on SNS for quite a while but never seen it in Kansai liquor stores.
Polishing ratio 50% Yamadanishiki 15%, 1900 yen
The taste is quite unique. I don't think it has Junmai Daiginjo-like taste.
I was impressed that Nemuchi-san said it tasted like apricots.
I read a review of sake-no-wa that said it was fruity and sweet, but...
It's sweet, but I have an impression that it's a bit peculiar.
I think it's right that it smells like apricot seed 🤔.
According to the internet, the specific name sake is Junmai Ginjo.
