I bought this sake as a souvenir on a trip to Kanazawa.
It is a low-alcohol product produced in collaboration with a university student for people who do not normally drink sake.
It was a wonderful sake with a wonderful sweetness of rice without feeling too low-alcoholic and not too sweet.
