Kuma
Found this at the end of August and whoa! Is it an autumn sake already? I bought it, only to find that it was only labeled "Natsuetsu Nama Shu" on the Rinri that came out in the summer, though it might not be "only" (maybe they kept it at a lower temperature in the brewery?) . I was going to go through with the Rinri.
When I opened it, I felt a little bit of a schwirl, followed by a tight umami, sweetness in the back, and a light bitterness. The fruitiness is unexplainable. The aftertaste is not very long. So you can drink it with gusto. It does not have much of an Omachi-like character, and it does not have any particular personality, but it is a dangerous sake that you can't help but drink while eating. A well-balanced food sake.
