ねむち
The first Shiga Sake Festival in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture, Japan (1940-1925)
Fujimoto Sake Brewery and Shinkai booth
The booth is a must-visit. The booth is a must-visit. I was reminded that the fireflies were lighting up at the end of the event...
There was another Shinkai Family visitor, a foreign man and a Japanese woman. The man was wearing the same color Kamikai T-shirt 🤣.
◉Jinkai Senshutai Umainjar Re-join 2019
This time a batshit delicious weirdo sake. 6 year old rejojoined brew, with a massive amino acid taste, caramel-like mellow round sweet umami without any astringent taste. It also has a little bit of mirin (sweet sake). It is somewhat similar to Tamagawa. Other Kamikai family members also praised it highly.
The next time they will use a proper label, so they will not use this label again.
They said that they have already sold out of one portion of the bottle, and that the quantity of the bottle sold out in an instant.
◉Jinbiraki Junmai Ginbuki Hiyoroshi
I don't remember it because of the strong impact of Umainjar.
Shinkai Junmai Retro Aka Yamahai
This one is a 10 year old sake, I think they said. It is rich and full-bodied, but has a slightly old sake feel to it and is best served warm.
I thought I was at the end, but I went to a nearby booth.
