Rice and agave hyuganatsu (a type of Japanese sake) brewed with hyuganatsu. It is said that only people related to Akita and Miyazaki are allowed to drink this sake.
The aroma is pleasantly faint Hyuganatsu. The mouthfeel is first tinged with the acidity of sake, then the acidity and slight bitterness of hyuganatsu run through the mouth along with the sweetness. It is a delicious sake even if you drink it in a wine glass instead of a faceted glass.
