Sake? Western sake?
Amber color like whiskey. A strong aged aroma like western sake or old wine. The attack is thick, with strong acidity and sweetness. The aroma is like pear and sesame, and the strong sweetness is felt near the throat before it finishes.
It has an impression of a more intense flavor than the Amefall that we recently drank. I drank it on the rocks, but it still has a strong flavor. It seems to be a good match for an after-dinner drink such as Cointreau.
