Ran-no-yu "Sakura-kei" Junmai Ginjo-shu, a sake received from a friend of my wife's.
My wife's friend is related to the brewer, Yamasei Shuzo, and we have ordered from them on the Internet before. We are very happy to receive this sake!
The first sip is sweet, as is typical of today's sake, but then the spiciness characteristic of this brewery spreads in the mouth. There is no indication of the sake level, but it seems to be on the positive side. The alcohol content is high at 16~17 degrees. It is close to the original sake, which is the specialty of Yamanari Shuzo.
I wonder if you can register "Yamanari Shuzo" in this app.
