Everyone, the Mid-Autumn Moon was wonderful, wasn't it? I could see it well from Tokyo. This is the best I can do with the lens I have at home, so I decided to share it with you.
I decided to drink tonight, so I bought this bottle at my usual liquor store. I made it a mealtime sake to be paired with the Akinatai fish.
This is a new brand to me, and I couldn't find it when I searched for it, so I registered it as a new brand. Maybe it depends on how you look for it....
Yes, yes, it is delicious. It has a good balance. It has a strong flavor, and is a good food sake that doesn't lose out to the snacks. I had never heard of this brand before, but I might order it if I find it on the menu at a restaurant. Not too spicy, not too sweet. In a bad way, it may be safe to say, but it goes well with the rice without interfering with it. It has a few quirks, but I don't think it's enough to bother me. I wouldn't dare to choose it in a place where there are many well-known places, but I don't regret choosing it. It was a good enough tsukimi sake.
It is a pleasant season to go from summer sake to autumn and winter.
