Otter Festival Unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo Raw, polished to a 30 percent ninety-nine percent polished (Funabagumi) 720ml.
I saw it at my usual liquor store so I bought it.
It's a sweet sake with a light aftertaste, just like this sake.
It seems to have been released in March when it was released, but I enjoyed it.
