初めての日本酒は田酒
Sake I got on my trip to Akita. on October 1, I was drinking Hanamup, which I had opened before, so I drank this one, which I drank yesterday.
I bought it at a liquor store after seeing a pop-up that said "Akita home brew". It was also reasonably priced.
Without reading the label carefully, my impression was that it was refreshing and watery! (My partner had the same impression.)
(My partner had the same impression.) As the temperature rose, the flavor came out, but I felt a relatively strong alcohol taste, so I held back for today because I thought it would not go well with light food.
I will wait for a few days to get a better feel for it.
