<It's a little bit spicy, a little bit sweet, and a little bit fluffy at the end. I was impressed by Hakuba Nishiki when I drank the autumn ripeness in October. I can only look forward to drinking the light nigorigo as well. You can drink from the top clear liquid first. The aroma is lactic acidity, rice sweetness, and a hint of bitterness. The light nigori aroma is soothing. In the mouth, it is slightly bitter, slightly bitter, sweet, and acidic. The carbonation is fine and the taste is pleasantly mild. The flavor continues until the second half of the sip, when the umami and umami-sweet aroma opens up and fills the mouth. It is so tangy and fluffy, it's so good! Then, the main purpose, gently mixing the lees to make a nigorizumi. Hmmm...hmmm. Maybe it's because it was mixed a little in the supernatant, but the impression doesn't change much. I thought it would be, but at the end the sweetness comes out! Then, the lactic acid rice sweetness and bitterness and the aftertaste are richer than in the supernatant. Wow, yummy! If we compare it to Ghibli's "Kiki," the main character of "The Witch's Delivery Service," it is like the last scene in the movie "The Witch's Delivery Service. The last part of the story is about Kiki, who regains her brightness, but also becomes a little matured by knowing bitterness, and knows gentleness. Degree of liking: ★★★★ I will post the full version on my blog, supplemented with character images, etc. If you like, please search for "korune sake" or visit us from the link in the profile section.
