Uonuma Todoroki Junmai Daiginjo Nama Sake
The label states that it is freshly pressed sake.
The name comes from the raw material rice, Todorokiwase produced in Uonuma.
A bottle given to me by my girlfriend.
As is typical of junmai daiginjos, it has a wonderful mellow ginjo aroma with no cloying taste. It also has a fresh taste on the tongue, as is typical for a pure sake, but it is easy to drink as it has a clean aftertaste that leaves no aftertaste.
It is sweet and has a low acidity.
Very tasty.
