It has a juicy aroma that leaves a scent in the glass, both on the nose and on the palate. You might think that the aroma is too strong, but it is well balanced with the umami, and it is also very crisp. However, it may just be me, but I didn't realize it was Omachi rice when I drank it. I wonder if it's because it's 55% polished? If I have the chance, I would like to drink it again to find out more.
