There are two sake breweries in Fukushima prefecture, Saekawa and Eisen.
I once had an embarrassing experience when I asked for "Saekawa" when ordering Eikawa at an izakaya in Fukushima Prefecture, and the waiter replied that it was "Eisen" 😅.
When you open the bottle, it has a fresh and sweet aroma 😎.
In the mouth, it is gentle and mellow 😎. The acidity is moderate.
The taste is clear water followed by a slightly powerful Wasanbon-like sweetness that spreads from the ua jaw to the back of the throat and further down the left and right sides of the tongue 😋.
It's a pleasant sweetness without being cloying 😚.
Finally, a glimpse of bitterness appeared at the back of my tongue.
It makes me enjoy the sweet taste 🥰.
