My wife and I went to the liquor store together and she said she wanted nigori sake, so we bought it as her choice.
The bottle is wrapped in non-woven cloth and looks luxurious.
The taste is quite dry. It has a clean acidity and a slight bitterness.
I paired it with tonight's menu, sesame soy milk hot pot, and I think it is a good sake that does not interfere with the meal.
