The nose has a nose of apples and pears. In the mouth, it has a rather strong fruity sweetness accompanied by acidity. The sweetness is honey-like but light. The flavor is strong and firm on the tongue. It finishes with a sharp, weak bitterness and a fresh acidity. A well-balanced sake with sweet, sour, umami, and bitter flavors.
