We bought this sparkling sake from Nara Toyosawa Shuzo.
It is a cider-like drink. It contains sugar, acidifiers, and injected gas.
The 2019 "Let's Toast with Sake from the Ancient Capital Executive Committee" is a project.
The brewery brews a brand called Toyoshuku, but I haven't experienced it yet.
