It has a slight citrus aroma reminiscent of hassaku. The taste was sharp and not too sweet. The second day after opening the mouth was also very good. It has a sweet mouthfeel but surprisingly spicy. The acidity of the fresh chevre as a snack goes surprisingly well with it.
