Ama Town is rich in spring water and produces a lot of rice.
The water of Amagawa is especially famous, and this Junmai Ginjo is brewed with that water. It is made in the same way as the Muromachi sake. It is quite yellowish. It was a sake with a lot of flavor and delicious lentil.
