Kuma
I went to Kaze no Mori for the second sake from Nara. I think this is the first time I bought and drank it. The price is very reasonable. I had an image that they seem to invest a lot in facilities, so I was surprised at the price. I guess the easy price is one of the reasons for its popularity.
Like the Yamadanishiki from Matsumoto that I drank before, it has strong gas and a slightly dry touch. I can't wait to see how the taste changes. I see...it's like this. Now if only I could buy it at a store within walking distance, I'd be happy. I found out about the flat polished rice version right after ordering this, and I would like to try that next time.
