We learned about the "Kyoho Reform" in Japanese history class. It is the oldest long-established sake brewery in Osaka, which has been making sake since the Kyoho era (Edo period). The brewery is registered as a tangible cultural property of Japan.

Taste : The sweetness of the coconut is immediately present in the mouth, leaving a sour and bitter taste. It's going to be a clean break.
