First Shufeng, first Shufeng.
It was a limited edition of 100 bottles from the brewery and the price was reasonable, so I bought it.
The fruity and sweet apple-like aroma and sweetness that only a Junmai Ginjo can give you is very strong, with a strong sense of acidity and bitterness, and a lingering sweetness in the mouth that lingers for a long time.
It's delicious 🎵.
