It is still stable. The flavor is all designed from the aroma and in the mouth. I can feel the flow.
It's been a while since I opened it, so it has a freshness to it, but it's still a raw product so I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops. The sharpness and the acidity are very effective, and you can feel the will not to get tired of drinking.
