Purchased in Minato-ku, Tokyo ♪ Alcohol content@15%. Sake Degree @ Undisclosed Acidity @ Undisclosed Rice used@Hinohikari Polishing ratio@70 Personal Recommendation@2.3/5.0 On Friday, I finally had time to go for my third vaccination. I was told to refrain from drinking alcohol on the day of the vaccination, and yesterday I had a slight fever due to side effects and my body was lazy, so I can drink alcohol for the first time in 3 days ㊗️. I'm sure that even if you live in Kanto or Kansai area where it is relatively easy to get Sake from all over the country, it is hard to get Sake from Miyazaki and Okinawa 😭. So far, I've filled in the map with sake available at random liquor stores, but it's hard to find sake from Okinawa. So I made an expedition to an antenna store in Yurakucho that would definitely have it 🙆♂️. To be honest, I wasn't expecting the taste, but it was a bit dry but surprisingly easy to drink due to the low alcohol content. However, it has this unique aroma and smell. It's not as strong as Awamori, but I guess it's not to everyone's liking. I wonder if Okinawans like this kind of alcohol. On the second day, the taste has become a little more accustomed or it has become a normal honjozo sake 😊.
