[Haneya] (Kirabi)
Fresh, sweet and sour, like a muscat that pops in your mouth. The bitterness comes out in the second half and the cut is good. Clear and lively, very straightforward and delicious.
If I were to use a Ghibli analogy, it would be Toshio from "Omohi de Pororo Pororo". At first glance, he seems simple and easy to understand. But people aren't just that simple. The faintly bitter taste tells us that people must have gone through a lot of things to get to that point. He's a great guy. He's also thinking about getting out of the business and trying to become an organic farmer, and so on.
