Sake purchased on a trip to Fukushima.
I opened the bottle that I had been saving to drink with my drinking buddies.
It was wrapped in plastic and I didn't notice it, but the lid was damaged and when I held it up to the light, light leaked out, so it looks like there was a hole in it....
Maybe it has oxidized and the taste has changed from the unopened state....
As for the aroma, it has a strong sour aroma like old wine or vinegar.
The taste is as good as the aroma? It is not fruity, but has a sweetness of rice.
I would like to buy it again next time so that I can drink it in perfect condition, including the lid.
