Wakamusume's another brand of Shintani Brewery
There was a review that said it was like a white peach, but the first thing that comes to mind for me personally is starfruit.
And as the temperature rises, it becomes sweeter and has a bit of a melon feel to it.
I can't tell you what kind of fruit it is, but it's juicy, but it's not sweet and sour at all, it's not particularly sweet, and you can taste the flavor of the rice.
It's delicious!
It's not my favorite of Mr. Shintani's sakes, but I think it's one of my favorites.
