The aroma is a complex mixture of banana sweetness, grape sourness, lactic acid, rice flavor, grain, spice, and many other things, with a clear alcohol center. It's interesting!
On the palate, the sourness and sweetness come in thickly, spread out vividly, and recede quickly. Then, in the second half, instead of that, the powerful umami and the wild bitterness come and go with a bang. What is left behind is the gooey taste that lingers in the throat and mouth. Strangely enough, this gooey taste is very attractive.
When the temperature rises, the aroma and taste become more banana-like. This is also delicious!
If I compare it with Ghibli, it is Count Cagliostro of "Cagliostro's Castle". If you ask Lupin, he's the "Count-dono of color and greed.
