I purchased this sake on a trip to Yamagata Prefecture.
It is a sake made from Tsuyahime, a variety of Japanese rice wine, with a gentle, fruity aroma but a clean, refreshing aftertaste.
The taste seems to change depending on the temperature, but this time I drank it cold. It goes with everything...I honestly wish I had bought a bigger bottle.
