An active muddle that has been fermented in the bottle. Note that the yeast is alive in the bottle and may blow out when you open the lid, so be careful! It comes with a swooshing bubble when you open the lid (fourth photo). The bubbles are clear like a sparring wine, and the acidity is refreshing and easy to drink. Easy. I personally like it very much. A bottle that makes me want to drink it again.
