Kudokutei is brewed with Hakutsuru-nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing that was originally developed by Hakutsuru Shuzo.
It is mild, moist and smooth on the tongue, and has a beautiful fruity taste.
I bought another limited edition bottle of 2022 Toraya's "Hoirige" "Shiboritate Nigori" wine Delaware 720ml white.
