It's a "Nakadori" version of "Lapis"!
It is made from "Miyamanishiki", the rice suitable for sake brewing in Akita, and polished 55% Koji and 55% Kake.
The label "Lapis" will be the main product of Shinsei Shuzo.
It is unpasteurized sake with 15% alcohol, so it is light and easy to drink. It has just the right amount of acidity and just the right amount of flavor. It is a food chugger with Shinsei style.
