Toyama "Sanjoraku" Junmai Ginjo
The moment it is opened, the aroma is mellow and sweet, like a ripe banana. It has a rich aroma. It is interesting to note that the aroma changes to a heavier aroma quite quickly when exposed to air.
On the palate, after a light sweetness, there is a sourness and bitterness that stimulates the tongue, a spiciness in the throat, and a crisp aftertaste with a direct hit of rice flavor.
It is a Hokuriku sake. However, it was a little heavier than light and refreshing.
