Mr. Katsikoma.
Probably for the first time in 20 years, maybe 25 years.
My father, who passed away last year, was from Toyama.
He loved Tateyama, and used to drink at Katsucoma sometimes.
Katsukoma is not as popular as it is now.
It's a long story, but Kupit...
This is a delicious, royal sake.
The polish is 55%, so it is in the Ginjo class.
It's not the bubbly fruity sake that's all the rage now, but
the fullness of the rice is brought out to the fullest.
It's also very refreshing.
It can be served alone or with food.
It's a great sake that reminds me of my dad😇.
My husband and I were at a party today.
Thank you for the meal.
