There was a sake I saw at Sake no Wa and was curious about the label 😁.
White like a sports drink🤍.
No rice grains visible 🌾.
It is sweet and sour with a strong acidity, tastes like grapefruit or green apple.
Is there a slight carbonation? 🤔
I couldn't tell for sure as it seems to have been open for some time 😅.
The ginjo aroma is refreshing 🌺
This sake is light and refreshing yet satisfying with a sweet and sour and ricey taste that made me smile like the dog on the label 😋.
