The 10th kind 👀 on my business trip to Niigata!
I heard that this sake was developed by female-only members of Yahiko Sake Brewery and Kuriyama Rice Crackers, which is well-known for "Bakake" (Bakake), and they were involved from rice cultivation.
The name is written "Some" and reads "Somari".
It is a light and dry sake, but with a rounded taste 🍶.
