When I told bouken that I was going to participate in the Monorail Izakaya Saga, he told me to try this one if I had the chance 😇.
Of course, I had never had this sake before and I didn't even know its name, so I was very curious 🤣.
After the Nokomi and Toichi sakes, which I had never had before, this one finally made its appearance 😀.
I was just about to give up when I saw the sake from a different brewery at each table 😇.
Anyway, the sake was as clear as fine water, but had a great presence 😀 It was another new discovery 😀.
