Skykhk
This sake is made from a rice called "Rohafu". The rice that can be obtained only in Nara Prefecture was used at Aburanaga Shuzo in Nara.
The first impact is a melon, a melon that may be juicier than the real thing. This is the first time I've ever had such a middle-of-the-road strike and taste. It's supposed to be sweet and juicy, but it doesn't have an unpleasant sweetness, and the carbonation or acidity tightens it up.
It's so carbonated that the cap almost flies off. The taste is similar to Bunkajin Natsu Jun Gin.
Even if you don't have a snack, you will be happy. There is no limit to how good it is. If you want to pair it with a side dish, it would go well with spinach soaked in soy sauce, cold tofu, salted nabe in winter, or even crab nabe.
