Horaisen純米吟醸 薔薇酵母

Obtained at the Tokyo University of Agriculture's Harvest Festival. It is one of the six brands brewed with Princess Michiko yeast, which is also sold at the University of Agriculture's antenna store in Setagaya-Daita. I bought it immediately because I happened to be familiar with Horaisen from Okumikawa.
It is said that the rose yeast brewed with Princess Michiko yeast has a sweet aroma, but it is not too strong and is surprisingly refreshing even during a meal. It is a little different from the atmosphere of "Sora," but I think it is best to drink it in late autumn with autumnal mountain delicacies.
