I'm a little concerned that "Aroma Spring" is written in hiragana as "Izumi" instead of "Izumi".
I have enjoyed the Takeuchi Sake Brewery several times at the Sake Brewery Festival, and I had expected to visit there again this spring, but it is too bad that the brewery's license has been revoked.
