Rashomon brewed by Tabata Shuzo in Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture.
This is a picture of a drink I had at an izakaya in Nachikatsuura where I stayed.
It is a ginjo-shu brewed with subsoil water from the Kino River, and it has a sharp taste that you will never get tired of drinking. It was the best when I drank it with Tempura of Kue.
