I visited the brewery last year, so I am familiar with this sake.
Of course I bought it last year!
The bottle is cute and cool.
At first sip, the sweetness is followed by a significant acidity.
During the meal, the acidity subsides and it becomes like a white wine without astringency.
The aroma is moderate, low in alcohol and fruity, and the lightness and transparency of the wine is wonderful!
I will buy it again next year!
