Aroma of grapes, melon, and pears on the nose. Refreshing pear-like sweetness and light umami. The acidity spreads slowly while the complexity is felt with a firm gas feeling. The dry but not overly assertive refreshing sweetness is delicious. It is well-balanced and does not become unpleasant to drink. It is good chilled. It can be enjoyed as a mid-meal sake or on its own. Considering the price, it's a great value.
