I received this as a gift from a friend.
The taste is clear and free of clutter, typical of Junmai Daiginjos.
It has a hint of sweetness, but personally it is not enough for me, so I tried heating it up to lukewarm and it is very tasty.
Cold sake goes well with sashimi, while heated sake goes great with yakitori.
