Day 1: Pleasant aroma of pear. Taste of lactic acid with fine bubbles, ending with a slight bitterness of citrus food and then an elegant, slightly salty after taste.
Day 2: stronger aroma and sweeter than day 1. Some difference in the complexity of after taste. Day 2 in general is better than day 1, although I like the roughness in Day 1. And it is so tasty that I can have it alone or with seafood. It is one of the best sake by kazenomori that I know so far.
