The aroma is extremely mild. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a little sweetness, but it comes with a surprisingly strong punch for its 15% alcohol content. It has a classic umami taste. The toji is a disciple of Mr. Noriguchi, so the impression is that it is relatively close to the umami type sake from Ishikawa Prefecture.
This sake is very delicious. I have been drinking a lot of fruity sake recently, but when I drink a rich umami sake like this one once in a while, I think it is really delicious.
