New Honjozo brewed by Kawatake Brewery of Hokosugi and SHIKI
I thought I bought some Tenwari, but it arrived in the shukusame...
Fruity, sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of loquat and citrus!
The taste is sweet and sour, but mellower than I expected.
Almost alcohol-free, like drinking a glass of juice!
The sharpness is the only thing that is typical of honjozo, but it is delicious in its own way!
It has the softest taste of any sake I've had recently, and is really easy to drink!
It is a very cost-effective and tasty sake that I would like to keep on hand at home!
